Account deletion

How to request deletion

• Email [email protected] from the email address of your account, subject “Account deletion”.
• Say which app you use (Coach Core or Player Core); parents — also the child’s name if the child’s data should be deleted.
• We will confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days.

A “Delete account” button will soon be available directly in the apps.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, name, password and sign-in on all devices.
• Links to teams and children, your “I’m in / I’m out” answers, wellness entries, homework progress and comments.
• For a coach — their workspace and all team data in it (make a backup in Coach Core first if you need one).

What may remain

• The player card in the coach’s team: it is managed by the coach or club. To delete it too, contact the coach or us — we will forward the request.
• Records we are legally required to keep (if any) — only for the required period.
• Residual copies in providers’ backup systems — until their standard schedules expire.

Deleting only some data

If you want to delete only some data (for example, wellness entries) and keep the account, write to the same address.
