Terms of Use

The service

Football Core is software for organising football teams: planning, attendance, ratings and coach communication with players and parents. It is provided by Mykhailo Khodukin (Ukraine), contact: [email protected].

The service is currently free. If paid features appear, we will announce the terms in advance; you will never be charged without your separate consent.

Your account

• Provide truthful information and keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• Children under the age of digital consent in their country use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent.
• Players and parents join a team only with an invite code from the coach.

Coach and club responsibilities

A coach or club entering players’ data (especially children’s) is responsible for doing so lawfully: informing players and parents, obtaining the necessary consents and entering only the data needed. For this data we act as a processor, on their instructions.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, insults, harassment or sharing other people’s personal data without a basis.
• Do not try to access other people’s data, bypass security or overload the service.
• Do not copy, sell or modify the apps, except as permitted by law.

Your content and our rights

The data you enter belongs to you (or your club). You grant us the right to process it solely to provide the service.

The software, the names Football Core, Coach Core and Player Core, the logos and design belong to Mykhailo Khodukin and are protected by law. Third-party open-source libraries are used under their licences.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to run reliably but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We recommend making regular backups in Coach Core.

Football Core is a supporting tool and does not replace professional medical assessment. Wellness data is not a diagnosis.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (here is how). We may restrict access if these terms are breached, stating the reason where the law allows.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without limiting the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence (including EU consumer and data protection law).

We will announce significant changes in advance. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
